Behind The Pamper Company is an accomplished team of individuals who are all qualified therapists coupled with complementary of skills acquired from various commercial backgrounds. They are all committed to exceptional customer service and continued profitable growth of The Pamper Company.
John Durrant, Managing Director
Prior to gaining qualifications in Sports Massage Therapy, John had over 10 years experience in Sales and Sales Management in the IT sector with some of the worlds leading technology companies. John is involved in the continuing evolution of The Pamper Company, currently focusing on developing and enhancing our customer & therapist login systems to ensure the maximium customer service experience.
Jenny Durrant, Customer Services Manager
Jenny comes from a background in Customers Services and Project Management in one of the world's leading IT organisations. Jenny oversees all aspects of your booking and works with our representatives to ensure everything runs smoothly. Jenny is also a massage therapist, qualified in Sports Massage and Seated 'Acupressure' Massage.
Charlotte Raison, Events Manager
Charlotte is The Pamper Company's Event Manager and liaise with you throughout our engagement. Charlotte will oversee all of the details of your event. She will ensure that everyone involved is fully aware of all the event details and customer requirements. This will be provided to everyone in an Event Schedule. Charlotte is a fully qualified massage therapist and has been overseeing our event organisation and planning since 2006.

Our events are occasionally organised at the local level by a team of representatives around the country. They are involved in ensuring the quality of service provided
in their given region where they are represent all activities of The Pamper
